Yes. An annual service keeps it safe, keeps it efficient, and keeps the manufacturer's warranty valid. For landlords, an annual gas safety record (CP12) is a legal requirement, which we also provide.
Yes. We're MCS certified for heat pump installation and will tell you honestly whether your property suits one, including what insulation or radiator changes would be needed first.
