Single-storey rear extension

The most popular way to add real space without moving. We handle a rear extension end to end: foundations and groundworks, the build itself, then knocking through to the existing house, wiring, plumbing, plastering and finishes. Because every trade is on our own books, there's no waiting around for a separate sparky or plumber to turn up, and one Contracts Manager runs the whole job from first dig to final sign-off.

Retail unit fit-out

Fitting out a commercial unit means working to a deadline and, usually, around a business that needs to open on time. We take a bare or tired unit and turn it into a finished space: partitions, electrics and data, lighting, flooring, joinery and decoration. Where a client is still trading, we phase the work and go out of hours to keep disruption down. One contractor, one programme, one point of contact.

Garden room & landscaping

A garden room is one of the quickest ways to add a home office, gym or extra living space, and most fall under permitted development so there's usually no planning permission to wait on. We build the room properly, insulated, wired and finished for year-round use, and tie it into the garden with the groundworks, paving and landscaping so it looks like it was always meant to be there.
